AV Controller for Dance Performances_2016
For the Summary 2016 exhibition at the Bauhaus University {Weimar, Germany} an audiovisual tool for stage performers was developed. The main goal of the tool is to give the possibility to the actor, dancer or user of the stage the possibility to extend his or her body, through the control of the scenario via sound or visual outputs according to body movements.
For this project I was in charge of the creation and implementation and manipulation of the whole tool, the rest of the team was working on the production of the visual content.
The tool receives spatial information of the user in coordinates (X,Y,Z) then this are reinterpreted for values that are able to handle by effects such as pannin, volume, velocity and others. In the case of the video synthesizer applies the same but for values of hue, saturation or ripples.
